Gift Award Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Gift Award (“Award”) is available to all customers who have had energy-saving measures (such as new boilers, insulation, solar panels, heat pumps, or similar installations) completed by Fairway Energy (“Company”) and have successfully been awarded a grant via the ECO4 grant scheme.

1.2. To qualify for the Award, the installation job must be fully completed by Fairway Energy under the ECO4 grant scheme.

1.3. Customers are only eligible within the specified date of the commencement of this scheme, 1st July 2024, until Fairway Energy ends the scheme, which we have the right to do at any time and without prior notice.

2. Award Options

2.1. Eligible customers can choose between the following Award options:

•  A £100 cash award.

•  A gift pack award consisting of:

      •   One energy-efficient kettle.

      •   One energy-efficient toaster.

Fairway Energy reserves the right to change the exact brand of the gift pack items advertised.

3. Claiming the Award

3.1. Upon completion of the job by Fairway Energy, the customer will be notified via email or phone regarding their eligibility for the Award.

3.2. Customers must select their preferred Award option within 30 days of receiving the completion notification.

3.3. To claim the Award, customers must contact Fairway Energy’s customer service team at enquiries@fairway-energy.co.uk or on 0151 559 1563 and provide the necessary details for their chosen option.

4. Award Distribution

4.1. For the £100 cash award:

•  The cash will be transferred to the customer’s designated bank account within 14 business days of confirming the Award choice.

4.2. For the gift pack award:

•  The gift pack will be dispatched to the customer’s provided address within 14 business days of confirming the Award choice.

5. Conditions and Limitations

5.1. The Award is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services other than those specified.

5.2. Customers can only claim one Award per completed job.

5.3. Fairway Energy reserves the right to substitute the gift pack with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

5.4. The Company is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete customer information.

6. Data Protection

6.1. Fairway Energy will process customers’ personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

6.2. Personal data collected in relation to the Award will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Award and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent.

7. General

7.1. By participating in this Award, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7.2. Fairway Energy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to customers via the Company’s website or direct communication.

7.3. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
