Wherever you are in your retrofit journey, the guidance within these pages will help you move forward with confidence – before, during, and after installation.

You make your initial enquiry to improve the energy efficiency of your home.

We contact you to confirm your eligibility, and arrange a home assessment. We also note any access or support needs to help you through the process.

A Retrofit Assessor visits your home to carry out a survey (including photos and energy details). Based on this, a tailored improvement plan is created to meet standards and improve comfort and efficiency. You’ll be guided through recommendations, costs, and next steps before confirming how to proceed.

We confirm your installation date, explain the work, and help you prepare your home. Our team then completes the installation to agreed standards, keeping you informed throughout. We ensure safety, quality, and minimal disruption while supporting any specific needs.

We test all systems, walk you through how everything works, and answer your questions. Once complete, you receive a handover pack with warranties, certificates, instructions, and support contacts, along with added guidance and a small welcome gift.

We continue to support you after installation, with ongoing assistance, a 12-month warranty, and follow-ups to ensure everything is working well.
